Yes, it's Jim.
Yes, I read HPHBP. That's why I have to state that I believe in Snape. If you read between the lines you will see that Snape is not on Voldemort's side. If not, you will se next book. I am very, very confident in this.

yeah, i pretty much agree with that. but i'm not entirely fond of snape, period. he's freaking skilled at occlumency. he couldn't have just erased those people's memories so they just thought it happened. or something. i don't know. it made me really sad.

Yeah, it made me sad, too. And mad- at Snape. Then I found out about everyone's Snape theories and I looked at the book and knew. But I cared to look into Snape because I've always loved his character. =D
