A wise man once wrote me: "refuse the toll, but don't burn the bridge."
I'm not just refusing the tolls anymore, I'm burning the bridges. Everywhere. And it isn't even intentional. In fact, I didn't think I was carrying the torch to do it with.
I've lost more friends this year than I care to count.
Some I just don't understand about...others don't understand what happens when I lash out when I'm hurt.
and i'm hurting, goddamnit, i'm hurting. and no one has a clue. no one. cos if they did, then they'd be here.
let the town go up in smoke then.....
