Ask for help when you need it.....sigh
Mom's House..
some folks have asked what they could to help....ya know we are super crazy busy, stressed out by the time line to get this stuff done and overwhelmed by how much there is.
This Saturday and Sunday is a BIG work weekend. Things that need done are things like....
-Painting lots of painting.....trim, ceiling, walls
-wall paper border removal
-Painting outside; trim up high on house, garage door 2nd coat, repaint house doors 3
-washing stucco on out side- this is sponge and bucket with a little dish soap and spray with hose.
-washing walls in the house
-ripping out carpet and pad; tack strips; putting down new carpet border strips where carpet is staying.
-cleaning exposed hard wood floors
-scrubbing kitchen wallpaper walls
- child care for Kat Ottum so she could help
-moving furniture onto drive way on Sunday for donation pick up Monday.
-storage run with Jo Ann
If you can come for an hour or more it would be helpful and appreciated more than words can express.
The more supplies of your own you bring ....buckets, paint trays, rollers brushes, sponges (Big), etc. that would be great I don't want to purchase a bunch of that kind of thing if there isn't anyone coming to help.
Mom will make lunch or dinner depending on when folks might come by...knowing who and when would be helpful.
