I wrote a story.
" Oh Jamie I love you", Pete said with a dreamy look in his immense green eyes.
" Oh Pete, do you know how long I’ve been waiting to here that? I’ve been waiting since forever, and let me tell you that’s a Hell of a long time.", she replied with a little chuckle. The next thing she knew Pete, the boy she had crush on since she could remember was caressing her cheek with long, beautiful fingers. Jamie was a bit startled at first, but then she melted at his touch. She moved her head closer to his, and he brought his head closer to hers. He was so close to her that she could feel his warm breath and smell his subtle cologne.
"Jamie!", he said, "Jamie!"
"What?!", she asked a little confused. To her relief it wasn’t Pete. It was her best friend Sadie s
shaking her.
" Oh sorry I must have been day dreaming again." Jamie apologize.
" No you only missed half of class.", Sadie said sarcastically. Jamie had spent a half hour daydreaming about Him again.
The two girls gathered their stuff and left the empty classroom.
" I don’t mean to do it, I really don’t.", Jamie said, " It just happens."
" Yeah, I know.", Sadie replied. Jamie quickly brushed her brown locks, did a quick mirror check, gathered her stuff for her next classes, and dashed down the hall.

" So, do you think I should do it?", Pete asked his friend Joey. Joey who was at least 12 inches shorter than Pete had to look up as he said,
" For the last time yes, and if you ask me again I will have to smack you!"
" And how do you suppose I do this?" asked Pete.
" Well all you have to do is go up to her and ask her. Really it can’t possibly be that hard."
" It’s not that easy. Believe me I wish it was, but you see she’s different. She’s romantic so I have to do this romantically." As Pete said this his voice began to sound more and more worried. He fell back on his bed and sighed.
Joey had walked home from school with Pete and they had been sitting up in his bedroom talking about this girl for 3 hours. Joey was starting to get annoyed, and it didn’t help that he was tired. The long silence was broke when Pete said;
" I mean she’s everything she’s funny, nice, beautiful and that body, oh that body." he made a hourglass motion in the air.
Joey snickered, " I’m going home your boring." Joey rose to his feet and left leaving Pete all alone with his thoughts.
That night Pete slept well. I guess you could say he was contented with his dreams. He had many dreams about her; the way she moved, and the way she laughed. How he loved it when she laughed. He especially liked it when she laughed so hard that she had tears running down her cheeks. Oh how he wanted to kiss away those tears. Even though they were happy tears he still wanted them.
The next day at school he stood by his locker watching her talk with her friends. Not stalking just admirering from afar. He was ready to do this, he could do this.
"Ok Pete it’s now or never." he said to himself. He ran a nervous hand through his hair and started in her direction. With every step his heart beat faster and faster. He was getting close so close that he could smell her perfume. That only urged him on. Then he was there,
"Ahem!", he said. She was talking to her friends so she couldn’t hear him so he tried again.
" Excuse me" he said a little louder than before. She turned around and when he saw her his breath got caught in his throat. She usually had this effect on him. He would get lost in her emerald green eyes and melt at the sight of her face. She had a thin but not too thin face and depending on what she wore brown or green eyes.
"Hi..umm..How are you?" He stammered.
"Good", she replied a little confused.
" I was wondering if um....I was wondering if you wanted to go get coffee with me after school.", Pete asked. She said nothing.
" Please?", he begged. There was no answer. The silence was killing him. She was going to say no.
