Things are starting to get pretty desperate. I read in the newspaper today that schools in the area are laying off teachers now. Drama classes are being cut, as well as foreign language classes (which is fine with me; they have no business teaching Spanish to k-12 kids). Also, it seems that the main distributer of chicken wings went out of business, so now there's going to be a nationwide shortage. A lot of restaurants are taking them off the menu since the competing suppliers are jacking up their prices, and it could potentially hurt restaurants like Wild Wings that rely on chicken products and don't want to pass on the price raises to their customers.
I wonder what we're going to lose next?
Also, who here has had their wisdom teeth removed? I am curious if you have this problem....ever since I went in for my operation, I will have moments where my jaw will pop out of alignment; most of the time when I'm chewing. Today I cannot open my jaw all the way, which is making it really difficult to eat these egg rolls here. When I bite down on the tougher portions, It hurts the muscles in my jaw. It's aggravating, but not terribly painful. Does anyone else have this experience? I've brought the issue up to my Mom, who has had hers out before, but I don't think she believed me.

FoxyTunes So apparently, a very prestigious school in one of my friend's areas has opened up
a course on StarCraft. I wonder if they'll require their students to upgrade once StarCraft 2 comes out?
What is it with people burning down their houses in the most ironic of fashions over in the far east?
A Tokyo fire department was burned down when a deputy left in the middle of cooking to respond to an emergency call.
