They had Kohaku kill his own family very early on in the manga; while baby-slaying might be graphic, I don't think it'll happen. I've always thought that Naraku would merge with the baby so that it would be easier to kill the dude in the first place.

And you wouldn't happen to have an over-under for "chapter in which Kouga dies," hm? Right now I'm looking at 450 or thereabouts. ~_^

Yeah, I mean, it seems unlikely that they'd have to kill the baby in its form. I just find it odd how they always talk about how they have to kill it. No one ever mentions how awful and weird it would be to kill a baby.

Kouga can't die until he and Inuyasha have hate sex.

I am midly annoyed that Inuyasha, the guy with a 1 INT according to Takahashi, is about to pull another bright idea and/or super attack out of thin air.

Of course, maybe not. Still, I'd like to see one of Inuyasha's bright ideas not working.

But I don't want Kouga to die! I don't know, this was definitely one of the better chapters. Kikyou didn't seem all too bad in this chapter (I do try so hard not to hate her); I thought her "Kagome, what can you do?!" comment seemed more of a "I need to end this, please don't mess everything up" thing more than an insult. But maybe I was just reading her expression wrong. The Kouga/Inuyasha interaction was great, we need more of that. Which won't happen if he gets killed, so I'm going to cross my fingers and hope that Takahashi-san keeps him alive for a few more chapters at least, even if Kouga dying would be good for the plot. I'm all for Kouga/Inuyasha OTP ^^

Can not wait for the next chapter.
