Grand Entrance
“Okay, guys,” Inuyasha yelled, “ready to show Naraku what we’re made of?”
“Yeah!” his friends cried enthusiastically.
“Let’s get him!”
Theme music played as each of the warriors assumed a flashy battle stance.
Out of a burst of fox fire, Shippo appeared, blue flames dancing triumphantly around him.
In a swoop of tan fur, Sango flew down into view riding Kirara, waving Hiraikotsu over her head impressively.
Miroku jumped into frame, twirling the Shakujo around in a daunting maneuver.
With a toss of her head, Kagome’s perfect ebony locks parted in slow motion to reveal the sexy schoolgirl affixing an arrow to her bow, ready to fire.
And finally, a spotlight fell on Inuyasha, kneeling on the ground in a doglike stance, head bowed. Flexing his knees, lifting his head, a white mane fell back from his golden eyes for full dramatic effect. He began to leap up into what would be an impossibly remarkable height, ensuring a light landing in the exact front and center of his friends... but tripped over an outstretched leg and fell-splat!-onto his face.
Looking up with a splutter, Inuyasha cursed. “What the hell are you doing here?”
Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes and tossed the mokomoko-sama over his shoulder, making sure it was in perfect place.
“No one upstages this Sesshomaru.”
Leaping gracefully into the air, Bakusaiga drawn, Sesshomaru soared headfirst into battle.
Inuyasha put his chin in his hands moodily, and spat a piece of grass out of his mouth.
“Show off.”
