Samurai 7
Finished watching Samurai 7 with the S.O. today. All through the series, had bets on who would die from the moment they walked onscreen ("Qui-Gon's toast. Blondie's toast. Junior might be toast. Anyone married or engaged has got to be toast. Anyone funny is toast"). Some surprises, some sadly fulfilled expectations. Overall, a lovely series, and a great tribute to Kurosawa's original. I feel the fic bunnies poking their heads out of holes.
