(no subject)
I've been a bad, bad LJer this past few days... so bad that I've missed at least three flist bdays (though I've caught up with some of you... Kristina... I don't know how to make any pretty bday thingies and your flist has put me to shame) and didn't get to comment on a ton of stuff I wanted to comment on.
I've also missed this week's episode of 24, but since I read somewhere that Jack's only in it for ten minutes or so... I don't really care.
I did however watch House...
Is House a surgeon? This is a serious question cause I tried to get an endocrinologist into the show and she asked me why he keeps popping into the OR.
If you ask me right now why I think this wasn't a particularly strong episode, I won't know what to tell you. Did I enjoy it? Hell yeah! Did I pause and went online a couple of times to check my email (not during commercials)? Yes.
There was very little Wilson and not enough Foreman and the sarcasm was of the obvious, unfunny variety as opposed to three great one liners.
I want to say I was as affected as House apparently was by the little parasyte grasping his finger, but... not really. I laughed at his Alien line just because I felt relived that I could laugh. My heart is stone cold and dead, obviously.
There was other stuff too... Like Chase glowing and snarking at Cameron. Or House being pissed that she slept with Chase ("She's just going through all of us now.") Heh.
Anyway... next week looks... I've seen that plot on Chicago Hope once. I was ten but I was kinda hoping Dr. Jack and Dr. Kate Austin would become an item and this was one of my favorite episodes ever cause they snarked and flirted so well while performing surgery on a plane.
Does anyone think they're setting up House as Cuddy's sperm donor?
