A little update from the hospital before dinner
I have now worked 3 2nd shift days in a row and I'm sick of it. I feel like I have no life b/c when I went to work this weekend everyone was just getting up and starting their days and then when I got off work everyone was sleepy and ready to crash out, including myself. I'm glad to have tomorrow off but I wish I could have had one of the days off that everyone else had, b/c tomorrow everyone will be back to work and I will be at home doing nothing, blah, it sucks.
On a more positive note, I'm getting excited about Bryan and my trip to the Shedd Aquarium next Saturday. I was just looking at all the cool exhibits they have right now and it looks pretty awesome. I haven't been there since I was in like 5th or 6th grade so it should be fun.
I'm not exactly sure what I have done to deserve all the great stuff that has come my way but I'll take it that's for sure. I have this crazy awesome job that I love despite the bitching about hours and stuff b/c I know that's just b/c I'm new and I understand that I have to pay my dues just like everyone else. I am getting along great with most everyone from work, I think they really like me. I have the sweetest and best boyfriend ever. I got a check the other day from the Medicine Shoppe for vacation pay which was about $800. Yep pretty much things rock and thanks to whoever, wherever, I surely do appreciate it.
Well I think my tummy needs fed if there is anything good to eat left in the cafeteria. Later LJ Land!!
