i got a new backpack, finally, since my old one is busted. it got grease on it from the hitch in amanda p.'s van when we went boating on saturday, so i washed it when i got home. somehow it came back out of the washing machine with a hole in it. i've had it five days now. oh, but maybe it's okay. jansport has a notorious lifetime warranty. i looked at their web site. backpacks shouldn't be washed in a washing machine, nor does the warranty cover "accidents". great. now what?
oh, and those of you around campus at the beginning of the year will be able to see my lovely (or, as kira says, dirty) face if you so choose. it's plastered all over norris on "work at norris" posters. it's a bad picture, not to mention grainy, but my hair is nice and straight! seeing all those posters every time i work creeps me out quite a bit, though.
