How about health care reform? I admit that my hatred for doctors generally and the medical 'machine' (insurance companies, hospital administrations, pharmaceutical corporations) specifically makes this one seem particularly relevant.
Seriously, though, Republicans made up the the whole "voting with your wallet" thing, right? And the Democrats are about the whole "help others help themselves" deal, yes? With some federal effort and budget restructuring, we can have it both ways.
