Time.....
Flies. Period. There's no month that seems to go by slowly, and this month is no exception. I can't believe it's already the middle of December, but it's been such an exciting month so far.
I continue to house my infant son, though his lease is coming up soon and he will need to leave my womb and find housing elsewhere. (Don't worry, we're giving him a place to stay for the next 18+ years.) lol Though this pregnancy has been the most physically exhausting and tolling one on my body, I'm still enjoying feeling Luke move around inside me and am trying to enjoy every last moment of this pregnancy.
Sarah's 3rd birthday was this past Saturday. We celebrated it Monday evening since I worked on Saturday. She enjoyed her cake, balloons, and presents and has been playing with the toys she got the past couple of days.
We're getting our apartment ready for my family coming to visit this weekend. They're coming on Saturday and are staying until Thursday. They're staying in a Candlewood Suites, but dinners and other gatherings will happen at our apartment, so we want to make sure that it's clean and ready to go! We got our carpet professionally cleaned yesterday and it looks so nice. We've got a lot of cleaning still to do, but we'll get it done in time. And if we don't, oh well! The fam will understand. lol This past Monday and Tuesday was the first time in over a month that I've had two days off in a row. I've been working a LOT this past month, getting overtime. The money's been nice, but chores at home have been somewhat delayed. Anyway......I'm looking forward to seeing my whole family again.
