I will warn you, I am not adept at gf baking, so they are more...gritty than the non gf ones. On the other hand, we all agreed that at the dinner party, and yet we kept eating them.

I PUT GOURMET SUGARS ON THEM. You will have to tell me what you think of the ones with curry sugar on them.

Yeah, some of the gf flours have a lot of tooth to them, e.g. rice flour. I AM USED TO THIS.

And sugar + spice will make up for the rice!

I'm srsly excited. Nobody has ever custom-baked gf for me before!

Seriously, Blue should move here so we can go a gluten free/vegan thing. Half gf. half vegan. Some days when we're feeling really adventurous we'll make gf vegan desserts.

I used brown rice flour/sorghum flour/tapioca starch/potato starch. They made great black and whites, though! Next time I make some I shall send them!
