Apple Pie Drink

1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
1 1/2 cups of white sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
750 mL Everclear Alcohol (70-90 proof)

Pour cider, juice and sugar in XL pot. Add cinnamon sticks. Slowly bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, discard cinnamon sticks. Allow to cool to room temp completely then stir in alcohol, store in containers and refrigerate. Serve as shots, chilled.

Note: Bringing to a boil may take a while depending on burner temp, pot size (if you are making full batch) and cooling time usually equals a few hours. After made you can store in fridge for up to a year. Shake well before serving. I recommend making 1/2 batch unless you have a huge pot, then make it all :)

Yup, that's what I thought it was!

You forgot a critical part of the recipe, though. It must be stored in canning jars for that special, Redneck charm! And, actually, if you can it properly, meaning it's heat-sealed, you can store it anywhere almost indefinitely.

You can also use it to clean amputated limbs in the field hospital after the Battle of Gettysburg.
