RE: BUTCHERY CLASSES.
Emquilxy: Don't get excited...I've had no luck. Bah! But I have found that there are a lot of people out there looking for them. The only one I've found is in San Fran, but it's interesting because its offered at Avedano's. I've read a lot about that place in trade magazines lately--a cool butcher shop owned by 3 women and they offer only the good stuff. I'm trying to convince J to move back to Pgh then the three of us can open the Pgh version. :)
