I'm so pleased with myself.  After my last foray into the garden centre, I came home with 20 small Amelanchier alnifolia (Saskatoon according Plants For A Future) among other things.  The car was fantastically full, it was like driving around with a mobile botanical garden.  Anyway, they were to be planted as a hedge, one that eventually will both ( Read more... )
