This summer has been dragging for me so far. Each day kind of blends with the next. If it weren't for my computer calendar, I wouldn't know what day it is. Sometimes it feels like I'm lost in the Twilight Zone. The kids are bored out of their skulls, I'm bored, hell, even the cat seems bored. The only one not bored is Rick. Our summers been kinda blah so far. I mean we go to the pool alot, but thats about it.

OMG... A road trip with teen-agers... Maybe this year it will be better???? Will the words "Don't make me go back there" come out of your mouth? Heh... It will be worth it, especially getting to see your sister and speaking in "code" to your sister... I understand that. It's pay back time... Wow. Rick certainly is a machine. Have you ever heard the saying "Busy people get more done" ? It sounds like it applies in his case. Hang tight. School is just around the bend.

I think it will be better this time around. The kids seem excited about it. Especially Megan because this time, she gets to bring a friend and already has friends in Quebec.
