Yogurt making #2 is going on right now.  Hopefully tomorrow morning we will have some yummy vanilla yogurt to eat!

I had to dump a 1/2 gallon of organic whole milk that I had tried to turn into yogurt, but I curdled it :(

Going to try with non-organic until I figure out how to make it the right way, too expensive to mess up again!

Today Julie came over and we cooked and cooked and cooked!  We made Black Bean and Salsa Chicken, BBQ Beef, Elaines Casserole, Brown Bag Burritos, and Lasagna.  We were also going to make Ham and Cheese HotPockets, but she couldn't find her recipe (and the cresent rolls were not on sale this week).  So my freezer is PACKED with yummy delicious ( Read more... )
