So I forgot to mention this yesterday, but it was also the day of the multi-band event at Kagurazaka Explosion where OROCHI was playing ^_^

I'm back.

It occurs to me that that was the last time I'm going to see a Gackt concert in the foreseeable future.  There is apparently a Nemuri Kyoshiro "final" that I may or may not shell out to see again, but apart from that I don't know when I'll see him next.  I hope I'll be back next year, fingers crossed.

Okay, sorry about the wait.  I don't know if anyone remembers me mentioning this but I had a ticket for the Miyavi show in Roppongi tonight so I went despite not really having fully recovered from my trip.  Luckily Miyavi shows aren't as physically testing as YFC shows, but I'm still pretty tired right now so this may turn into a two-parter if I ( Read more... )

Gackt definitely managed to fix his voice.  He sounded fantastic.

He looked a lot more energetic than he did in Bochum, but still stumbled around a little bit in some of the later songs like Jesus.

Sendai Zepp is about half the size of the Tokyo one.  We had second floor first row seated tickets, which I was a bit anxious about. but they turned out ( Read more... )
