Even though we have been back to work for almost 2 weeks, we are voting this week on our contract. I am interested to see what the results will be, because it is essentially the same offer that we voted against in August. I don't even understand why the strike ended when it did. I was so worried about this week with my new crazy busy schedule starting... and now we are on strike, so I actually have less to do than I did all summer. It is kind of bizarre. Still, I hope that the strike does not last very long, and I can just think of this as a week to ease into classes, and then go back to work.
