Two weeks ago I was in Target and someone just happened to be stocking the cabinet in the Electronics department with Wii's so I figured "Why not?" and bought one ( Read more... )

That's +2 for Mario Kart. I have this on the DS.... it was good although i found that once I beat it on all tracks and then unlocked all the characters there was no reason to play anymore. I used to play a bit on-line but starting a race seemed to take forever and then there were a bunch of people who would slide/boost (not sure what it's called exactly) over and over, it's kind of a lame way to drive and kinda took the fun out of it. I suppose it has more replay value on the Wii when there are people over to race in-person. I'll have to pick it up :)

Rayman's Rabbit something or other is great fun, it's more like a bunch of minigames. You need to run to get some where, there's a DDR type of thing where you have to go with the beat.. that kind of stuff. Timmy has it.

Mario Kart is great

Zelda is fun as well.

Have you tried downloading any "classic" games? Or any online play stuff?

I'm debating Zelda... I'm looking to get that one used or borrow it because I'd think that once you beat it one time then off to the I-will-never-play-this-again-bucket it goes.

I downloaded:

Super Mario 3: What's weird is that thee's noticable clipping on the right side of the screen which is a little annoying.

Bomber Man: I love this game in multi player, although the version I got is so-so. I think the SNES version was better.

Phantasy Star 3: I started playing it but I forgot how brutal it is to level up characters, plus now that I think of it the one I wanted to play was the second one not the third one.

I think we can lend you Zelda. Laura hasn't finished it yet but you could probably have it back to us before she decides she wants to play it again. We can also lend Mario Galaxy once I've finished playing it.

If you want borrow No More Heros (if you don't have it) let me know. I've love to borrow Zelda. Did it take you long to finish the whole thing?

It's probably a short to medium length game. It's a lot of fun though. Sure I'd like to borrow No More Heros.
