I think I left the lights on in the Stevens common room because I was the last to leave, and I am feeling way too guilty.

I'm leaving the house in 10 minutes to go to my Japanese oral exam and I am FREAKING OUT.   

I estimate I got somewhere between a C and a B-.  I am not kidding, because that's roughly how much of the exam I attempted.  I am not toooooo worried, though, because the same thing happened last year and I ended up getting good marks for the end of year exam.  But still.  guh ( Read more... )

I was reading through my essays as part of studying for English.  Printing out my moderation essay was a very rushed affair: it took 30 minutes from 7:50am the day it was due, 3 computers, all 3 of my email addresses, 2 USB sticks and countless formatting changes.  I thought it was pretty alright in the end, because I didn't have time to proofread ( Read more... )

In other doomsday-related news, school begins again on Tuesday.  Only today have I started to worry about how much more work there'll be.  At least my stationery looks snazzy :D

So for our school's Speech Night we were taken to the venue for the rehearsal on buses and the buses were across the road. But we didn't take the traffic lights, oh no.

We had police escorts stop traffic on a main road at peak hour so that we could cross the road en masse.
