I managed to get over your sexist remark and I enjoyed the rest of it. I am a big supporter of being happy. You really can't help others if you don't have some sort of self-confidence and satisfaction. And if you are spending too much time trying to help others when you yourself are miserable, maybe you should be spending more time trying to help yourself. In effect, you will be making the world a better place because no one likes to be around a grump. A smile really is contagious. You just can't be down when you are with someone who is always smiling, always laughing. It's not selfish to be focused on your own happiness- it will end up helping a lot more people than you would think.

A lot of people are probably thinking that's a lot easier said than done. But it's really not that difficult. Just don't dwell on the bad stuff. It might take a while to get used to- but everyone should try to look on the bright side of things- be optimistic- every single thing you do is 10x better if you can do that. Because then no matter what anyone says, or does, or what misfortune you come across, you will still be able to smile and know that when it comes down to it, you are happy, and that's all that really matters. Put things into perspective, and remember you only live once. So why would you want to waste a single minute in a bad mood? I don't think you would.

Oh and I love you Niraj you are my role model.
