1. I got new glasses. This is quite the occasion (it's been maybe ten years, I think?). I went to the eye doctor for new contact lenses and she told me that contacts can't get me to 20/20 vision, but glasses can. I was kinda hoping for a contact/glasses combo to wear when I use the computer. I know my vision has been getting more and more of ( Read more... )

I forgot my camera and didn't take any pictures on my trip.

That's really sad, because I know for a fact you passed within a few hundred yards of a CVS that sells disposable cameras. (It was at the aforementioned Exit 42.)

Thank you! I don't know why, but I've never really liked my brown eyes.

I read that you love Maine - where in Maine? I'm moving to the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area in a few weeks, which is right next to the Maine border. My little sister lives in South Berwick, Maine. I love it up there, too - except for the snowstorms.

i love all of maine! from old orchard to caribou and presque isle! i saw my first moose in the wild in that state and would love to go back. my favorite comedian is from there and every time i hear him on XM Radio
Comedy 150 it just makes me want to go back. i know portsmouth is like 15-20 minutes down the road from maine (portland i believe). I'm a bit further away from there now living in Alabama but i will visit again this year or next. and the snow isnt so bad given the right set of circumstances ;)
