Bits of Happy Feet

I am just awful with this journal thing.  I do it all in my head.  "Okay," I'll say to myself,  "I just saw Happy Feet--I'll go write about it in livejournal." Or ,"Ten interesting things happened today, maybe I can post." But no, I never do.

So backwards backup all the way to Happy Feet, which my daughter took me to for Christmas the day after

I found the mix of penguin musical and environment film a bit odd. But the animation was very beautiful!

Lovely how much can be done with white.
Yes! It's such an amazing colour, isn't it?
(Some say it is NOT a colour, but I beg to differ!! :-D)

It was beautiful!! I think I should watch the movie again--I liked it well enough for a second viewing. I love to see that camera angles etc were also very well put together. Okay, now I'm getting bizarre images of mumble morphing into Frodo in the snow. Okay--I admit that Frodo in the snow sort of makes my eyes glisten. Wouldn't he be a bit confused to suddenly come to consciousness among a bunch of penguins?? My mind does roam....
