These are for rubyd because her comment about Sora's parents not remembering him got me writing again. And then while I was thinking about that the little Riku/Sora thing popped up and demanded to be written. I'm not really all that happy with them, but figured I'd post 'em anyway. Sorry if it's not what you wanted Ruby

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I couldn't help but wonder how Riku felt while trying to revive Sora. From his comments to Sora at the end he must have felt fairly desperate to make things right between them.

Lovely work, I loved both drabbles! Especially the line in the first one, “It really figures that even the darkest part of you is still brighter than [the] lightest part in me.”

A lot of KHII has the potential to be really dark, and his Mom forgetting about Sora is one of them. Good job. ;o;

I agree, though they tried not to dwell on it too much because it was a Disney production. I mean, their world was obliterated, leaving them all alone in a strange universe, they were fighting on opposite sides of a war, a good friend was in a coma, and then they find out everything they did in the first game was nearly for nothing because nothing had really changed.

And they're teenagers, which is a cause for angst in itself. lol

Oh! And I fixed the mistake.
