Reliving a moment I missed
A few days ago I happened to stay up ridiculously late and came across Amazon.com's 6 am Gold Box deal. To my surprise, it was the 2008 World Series 8 disc box set available for $39 ($33 after my discount) . Considering I missed most of the games, as well as the bedlam resulting from the first championship in 25 years, I felt obligated to buy :) Soooo it just came in today and I'm pretty anxious to start watching.
Yeah, I guess this post is lame, but I felt like sharing my excitement at such a deal for something so personal, for lack of a better term.
