Things that irritate me at work
Dave, the geeky engineer. List of things Dave does that would drive anyone insane:
A.) Always SMACKS HIS LIPS AND GOES "Ahhh" after every sip of coffee.
B.) Sings Lynard Skynard on a constant basis.
C.) Sits down at his cube and shakes the walls of my Cube. He seriously sits down like he took a running leap and vaulted into the cube.
D.) And lastly, talks louder then Donna while on the phone and always says "Um" and "Ya know" in between every word.
Donna is my boss. She is loud and southern and can be very funny at times. But most of the time she's just annoying. He vocabulary includes WHAT?! and I CAN'T GET THE DAG GONE SAP TO WORK! She also invented the phrase, "What the hindshit?" which, when spoken in a loud southern accent that makes everyone in the office jump can be extremely funny.
People here walk very fast. You have to stand in the doorway before entering a hall to make sure you avoid a collision most of the time. It's like merging into traffic.
Dealing with stupid people on a daily basis frustrates me. Arlene, AKA Goofy, acts like a 12 years old. I don't even want to get into her. Let's just say everyone here is surprised that she's still here, and there is a job opening in field service becasue no one wants to work with her.
And Donna is currently on the phone talking about how her nieces and nephew want a pet goat. Sweet.
At least it's Friday.
