Saturday, the 6th: Woo, I slept in until 11! What a treat. Had a chili cheese dog for lunch since breakfast had come and gone. I was up for having our sports day sans Jillian but Sarah said we could do it another time. Oh, well. Instead, I stayed home. I spent a long time doing laundry--but how nice does it feel to have that task accomplished! Four loads and I put them all in storage bins. I know I'll be taking out stuff for the next two weeks, but I just wanted a rough estimate of how many items of clothing I have. They are 66-quart and I am gonna need a third..or at least another half the size. I'm not even worrying about huge sweaters and other things for the winter weather...Mom was freaking out about me using the dryer so much. OMG. It really isn't that big of a deal. Ate zucchini and pork w/rice for dinner while watching SNL (there was nothing else on...). Holy begeezers is that show way lame nowadays! Fell asleep on the sofa.
Yesterday: My goodness...I felt like Sleeping Beauty or something for having slept so long...I rolled out of bed around noon. Looked at the ads in the Sunday paper...I felt so materialistic. I had a yearning to shop so badly but no one has the money to go (well, technically--neither do I). Mom had fun (WTF?!) mending some clothes for me. Then Mom taught me how to cook fried rice. Yes! No dining hall crap for me! I could live off of fried rice, I swear. Mmhmm. And now I know how, yes! I can't wait to try grilled chicken breast, stir-fry vegetables, and uhh...more quasi-easy dishes to prepare. Watched an hour and a half of TV (Simpsons x2 and Family Guy, of course) but it was all old. Meh. Spent awhile doing girly things like shaving my legs, lol. Then talked to Jen for awhile....she is totally where I was a few months ago in the sense of being frustrated for no good reason. Aw. Ate Oh's for dinner, lol. I'm cool like that, okay? Talked to Kellen online for a bit. Can't believe we never hung out the entire summer....oh, well--I'll see him at Phil's little shin-dig, I suppose. I updated then went to bed.
