Mother-Daughter Day
OMG, my mom woke me up at 6:30 yesterday. She thought it was "good practice" for work the next day. Yeah, one day will get me up and running like a morning person. She's nuts. So I texted folks, haha. And I updated. I tried to sneak in a little shut eye while my mom was on the phone...didn't really work. Mom and I ended up going downtown. Looked around in TJ Maxx and Ross but didn't find anything good. Decided to go eat somewhere but since I had gone to the Cheesecake Factory the previous night, we went to Rio Grande instead. Ehh, it wasn't nearly as good as the time I ate there in Greeley. What a shame. Mom spoke with Jason while we were waiting for food. He's thinking about buying a Saab and maybe this time he's serious. His baby sister needs his old car! Hehe. Ean called and said he had a good time at Sarah G.'s birthday party. I'm glad. He wanted me to catch a flick with him but I declined since I had to get home to get ready for work the next day. Got home and had "girl talk" with Sarah. Man, she's like the only one these days that I can gush to. I think we're both pretty happy for the most part with life. For the moment, lol. Mom got on my case and made me get off the phone--because I direly needed to clean the litter box, apparently. Psh. So I called Sarah back and we talked more...then online since her phone was dying. After that, I took a shower, made my lunch, laid out my clothes for work. Went to sleep at 10 since I was pretty tired.
