OK kids, in fifteen months I've put on 40 pounds. That's so not good. From this time forward, this LJ will also be used to chronicle my efforts to a) lose weight and b) become more healthy and shit.
There's a nagging little voice on my left shoulder that's saying "If you buy an iPod, you'll be more likely to jog in the morning!" Yeah, bull-shit, I say to that voice. But I'll make it (and you) a deal. If I lose ten pounds by June 1, I'll treat myself to
one of these. So what did I do today to start losing weight? I had yummy lemon-pepper-crusted salmon broiled in my own oven instead of going to Wendy's or Baja Fresh. Nice!
