So ever since the OMG frog! incident this morning, things have been relatively quiet. I was worried about the zombies, but it seems like I've been spared, though traffic is quite low volume today, almost non existent, really.
I'm working on my FOR-PD course. It's this online course thing I have to take to get the reading endorsement on my teaching certification. What's cool about it is the message board. We get to have REAL discussions about what we're reading about. That's awesome! Hold on, heard something in the kitchen.

So this FOR-PD thing is supposed to teach me strategies for teaching reading. I'm an English teacher. They should already know how to read when they get to my class, but alas, many do not. Or rather, they can put the words together, just not know what it means. So this course is supposed to help me teach them better reading skills.
