The Creeps
Classic Full Moon silliness. A mad scientist is trying to resurrect classic monsters from the books that created them. Of course, something goes wrong part way through the procedure and he ends up with midget monsters, pint sized versions of Dracula, Frankenstein's monster, the Mummy, and the Wolfman. It's up to a librarian and a video store manager/private detective to try to stop him from correcting the problem and restoring the monsters to their full glory.
