The Children (1980)
Little kids are generally creepy. When a bus of youngsters goes through a toxic cloud, they get worse. They become clingy, demanding hugs only to end up melting the flesh off those that come near them. They are zombielike drones that appear to not be able to be killed. Pretty decent early 80s horror flick. Beware the children with black nail polish!
