things are different
holy fuck i log in here and there's all kinds of new snappy features- it's almost overwhelming. i've spent a good 2 hours going back over the few journals who remain on my list, and i'm glad i still have access to those. only a few still update, and i'm glad they do!
understandably after more than a year between posts (and actually more than a few years of 'regular posting'), much has changed. i don't know if this journal makes sense anymore. the moniker, quite literally, was intended to be 'the other j'. i really don't have time or energy to divide myself like that anymore.
i'm making a conscious effort these days to explore the internet world. it's funny because i work at an internet company but am not nearly has hooked in as one might imagine. don't get me wrong, i'm on the web all day every day, but when it comes to social networking i'm a bit retarded. part of it is that i'm not big on sharing (i may be one of the few people who worries about what i say on the dub-dub-dub). the other part is.... well, what do you think? laziness & procrastination. okay, that's two parts.
should i stay or should i go now?
