The "Sipreme" court has ruled that the president can do whatever they want, regardless of laws, as long as what they do is "official".
And who shall decide if it "official"? The SC!
That's a hell of a power grab they just awarded themselves.
Gosh darn good thing the SC are all such moral, ethical, upstanding, law abiding types. Right?
