Persuasion 2022
I watched most of this version of "Persuasion".
I feel that if you can toss out expecting Jane's voice and accept that it is a modern interpretation of the text of the story? It is quite enjoyable! I liked all the actors as all the characters
Except the guy on the right. Cosmos. I believe he had botox. That traveled. Held that expression for the entire movie. Grim. Utterly.
The gent on the left was charming, as he was supposed to be.
We did want to hit the lead actress with hairspray. Or a hat. Or something for the mess. But that's neither here nor there. Stylist. Speaking of - the costumes were pretty good!
