So we had flooding on and off in May and June. Every time things would start to dry out, we'd get another week of rain. By mid-July it finally dried out, but then we had no rain at all for nearly six weeks

I know a certain kitty who is just asking to be dropped into the water trough.

Rained most of the night. Now the rain has stopped and we have fog instead.

You should visit here in spring or fall then. We get monster fogs regularly. This one cleared and the rain began again. Steady drip now.
