A Sigh of Relief
Today I confirmed that all of my application materials for FSU’s grad school and university fellowship were in. As I left the graduate coordinator’s office, I felt like this enormous weight had been lifted from my chest. I now know, unconditionally, that at least one of my applications is complete and is being considered. That’s all I need. I can now relax a bit and focus on what’s in front of me. Thank God.
And, without hesitation, Dr. Robbins is the most amazing professor that I have ever encountered. I say this constantly, but she really is absolutely phenomenal. She has bent over backwards for me time and time again and, after the tooth-pulling that I’ve had to do with other professors, it’s amazing to have at least one professor who agrees to do things for me with a smile and gets them done on time. The past semester has shown me what rarity someone like that truly is and I definitely appreciate it.
