This is the second time today I've watched Sleeping Beauty, thanks to my tiniest friend, Sarah. I enjoy Sarah. She knows how to enjoy the simple things in life. Just imagine how simple everything in your life would be if you could be easily bribed with ketchup, ranch dressing, and raisins. I really do think she would kill someone for me if I gave her a whole bottle of ketchup to drink. It is possible the same could be accomplished using a bottle of syrup to reward her...

For the past few months, I've been busy changing my life around and trying to get back on top of things and caught up. It's kind of sinking in now, that so much has changed, only since June.

Things That Have Changed Since June:
1. I got a loan for school and I'm paying it off.
2. I went to school.
3. I went on vacation.
4. I quit the job I had been working for the past few years and I started a new job.
5. My brother moved out of my house.
6. My sister moved to college.
7. My boyfriend moved to college.
8. My car broke down.
9. My income significantly decreased.
10. I never made it back to school after my car broke down, but I took (and passed) the required tests to become a licensed nail technician. Give me about two more weeks, and I'll have that accomplished too.
11. I acquired another female roommate (something I swore never to do again).
12. I made new friends and found an old one.

As you can see, I've been very busy. And my life is very different from what it was. Fortunately, it's all happened so fast, I haven't had time to react to it.

Sleeping Beauty is just now meeting Prince Phillip, so her life is about to change (I know this, because I have seen it before; she's about to get married at 16, just like Ariel) and I have a new Sleeping Beauty in purple pajamas on the couch. My purple pajama clad Sarah has no idea of what has been going on in my life, other than I'm driving a new car when I come to see her. She's been the only thing constant in all this craziness. She knows that I come to play with her at least twice a week and feed her ketchup and raisins. We go to the playground and watch cartoons and don't even think about bills or broken cars. Even if I did try to explain it all to her, she wouldn't understand.
I think I'll go put her in bed...
