It's amazing the different ways one can come up with to describe exactly how bad a headcold feels.
It's equally amazing how quickly they are forgotten once one begins to try to type the experience. So One must rely on the readers' own headcold experiences to fully detail how One feels.
As Neo said, I am the One.
And the One is sick.
I know I felt it when I came back in from II learning me how to rollerblade (well, mostly how to brake). It was a cold blustery day yesterday, and I think it brought the headcold to the fore.
I went in to work today for half an hour, long enough to print out the details of who to call to reschedule my French Oral Interaction take two, and head back to II's place. He's been babying me all day, the sweetheart. Neocitran, NyQuil for later (the jury's still out on how effective NyQuil is for me), lunch and supper in bed, letting me whine about how I feel... I bet he can't wait for me to go back to my place. I think I will attempt a half-day at work tomorrow and head back home.
In the meantime, I'm getting a lot of Prince of Persia: Revelations played. Having played Sands of Time really helped, though, because I know the limits the Prince can be pushed to. However, I still find that the camera angles are a bit tricky from SoT, and now the Prince doesn't talk back, or take off any clothing. How does Ubisoft expect to keep its female patronage?
The Oilers are playing again tonight. Unless you're cheering for Anaheim, please keep your fingers crossed.
