Why do I have to be at work today?

In a freak, surprise storm, Mt High get blanketed with 6 - 8 inches of fresh powder... AND I HAVE TO BE AT WORK TODAY?!?!?!?!
And to top it off... I have to work this weekend, I get only 1 day off this week! GRRRR
I literally drove all the way to La Verne debating if I should call in sick.... ARGH! Today better not suck
