Man, this morning I went for a run before breakfast, and then I meditated (sat down quietly with my eyes shut) for a bit. That's how productive people start their days right? The sort of healthy, invigorating activites that allow your mind to focus on the tasks of the day. So how did I end up not doing anything again?
Actually, although I didn't get any Work done, I at least managed to do a few things that weren't just wasting time recycling the internet, so it wasn't an entirely wasted day.
I took photos of fish.
I exchanged music with new housemate (woo bonding) and decided I'm going to go and see Justice.
Read a webcomic about people deciding they were gay.
Taught housemate how to make a pasta chicken thing that I think is quite nice.
Ate lots of choclate eclairs.
Actually that's all I can think of. What the hell did I do today?
I blame you, Internet.
I seem to have come to a standstill on my thesis BUT I also have a number of little things to do, and I think the big thing and the big pile of little things are getting in each others way and stopping me doing anything of note. So I hereby swear, in full view of the internet, that before tommorow I am going to get all the little crap done. And then tommorow, free from guilt, distractions and my wireless card, I will thesisify.
