I'm watching Sweeney Todd at the moment as I was really in the mood to watch it. When other people I know watch things it puts me in the mood to watch things. It never fails to fascinate me how amazing Johnny Depp is at what he does. I just love watching his movies so I can watch all of the little quirks he brings to each character he does. Maybe I'm foolishly optimistic about Pirates 4, but I have to say I'm the tiniest bit excited at the moment. I mean the first Pirates of the Caribbean was the first thing I ever really appreciated Johnny Depp in. I'd seen Edward Scissorhands several times on television, but I never really connected a name to the face and I sort of enjoyed it though it took me a while to get used to the style of Tim Burton. There were always a couple others that they played on TV before he or Tim Burton might have been really, really big it seemed like. Like I remember when they used to play Nightmare Before Christmas randomly on TV too before it became a 'goth' sort of icon. (I can't complain as I like being able to find merchandise for it, but I can say I liked it before it was a phenomenon at least). Anyway until I hear more about Pirates 4 I'm not going to dismiss it. I think if the story focuses mostly on Captain Jack, and we don't get a bunch of side story crap going on (*cough*KeiraKnightlyandOrlandoBloom*cough*) then I'd go see it, and Barbossa I'd approve of that too maybe some more of Jack's dad that could be neat. Of course I'm more than prepared enough for Disney to crush my hopes and dreams, but I'm going to pretend that they aren't going to screw me over at least for a little while. *le sigh*

I went to the feast today, and I have to say it isn't the same when there isn't anyone to turn around to squee to. It made it worse because I got there and I wandered around a while and then I stumbled upon Anna's family, and so I tagged along with them for the rest of the time and I kept expecting to turn around and find Annalise there like she'd gone off to get a drink or something and then she'd be right back. I missed you Annalizzle!!! It was really warm though during the afternoon, and I pretty much wandered in to look at things so I didn't have to stand in the sun. There was this awesome place that was selling flags of all sorts, and they had pirate flags (they were only 12 bucks too or two for 20, and I'm pretty sure I paid more for my Jolly Roger at Disneyland) so I got Blackbeard's flag. I have no idea where I'm going to hang it. I barely have a place for my wall scroll and I still haven't gotten hooks for it. I'd just get some nails, but since my walls are like plaster it's a pain in the arse. Now I'm scoping out my room for a place to hang my new flag. My ceiling is slanted too so that poses a problem. I'd put it on the ceiling itself, but I really have no idea how I'd accomplish that. I should just really re-organize my room. I think I could free up some space that way.

For those who have seen my room (on the few rare occasions I've had people in it) then you might recall how the bed is like right in front of the door, which makes things slightly awkward. I'd like to put the bed under the window, and then get small bedside table rather than that ginormous table/shelf that, and then replace that big thingy with a bunch of like half bookshelves along the wall where my bed is, but I'm also tempted to get like a real desk other than that roll-y thingy. Though once I had more shelves along the wall where my bed is now, then I'd have a place for all of my movies & music (I'd hope) so in theory I could probably squeeze that shelf I have over there now beside the tall bookshelf, and then maybe I'd have room for a real desk. Of course I really have no idea how the heck I'm going to pull that off. My bed frame is really heavy because it's metal, and I'd have to take most everything off of the table/shelf thingy to move it and I don't have any place to put things. Not to mention I'd have to do it when my uncle isn't around since he has an uncanny ability to get right in my way, and I'd have zero help moving crap. I really think that moving the bed would free up a lot of space though. Having a successful allotment of space in a room is a lot like playing tetris.

Well now I'm going to take Sweeney Todd out and put Fruits Basket in (which is the cutest thing ever!) since my dear friend Michelle so graciously let me borrow it, and watch that while I make icons and such. The only complaint is that sometimes the subtitles move too fast, but otherwise I'm just like 'omg so precious!!!' like every five seconds.

I want to try burning DVDs of all of those animes I downloaded so I can get them off my computer. I also need to take Sims off. The less it has on it the faster it runs, and while I enjoy anime muchly waiting like 5 mins for my desktop to load annoys me slightly.

Anyway off to do aforementioned things, and check on me laundry.

Toodleloo!
