Just got back from my belated Birkbeck interview. Don't know what I was so nervous about.
Spoke to a very nice man called Steve who teaches chemistry and hates long division as much as I do.
He gave me an unconditional offer on the spot :D
Then I had a good conversation with the Peter, who was checking everyone in and taking results, and who may or may not be a biology lecturer, about that fact he's not getting any sleep becuase of his new baby.
Then I left.
Now I wait for an email, reply to it, presumeably give them some money, then start the thing on the 1st October (which also happens to be the day before my birthday, what a brilliant bithday present!)
