Kelleigh was riding the bus the other day and the bus driver gave her leads which may greatly assist us to get new homes.
No details yet, but there are programs to get blighted abandoned homes into the hands of those who want them.
If one takes a course in how to do the paperwork & filing, one can get a grant which covers all the back taxes on the home AND gives one several thousand $$ to help fix up the home.
If one owns a blighted home, one can get a special deal if one buys a blighted home next door.
As I said above, no details yet, but it seems to me like a good backup plan if the property on S.Roche turns out to not be feasible.
