Raining Out
Sunday looked OK at 2PM, but after my nap, lotsa rain. So I am home.
Friday and Saturday were good, but not great. I have $$ for rent when I get my Social Security $$ on Wednesday. I shall buy some supplement at Walgreens, then (Hopefully) get to Whole Foods and GNC the following week, when I have more $$
Next weekend is French Quarter Fest, so I shall be busting my ass to work days ---- which means arising at sun-up to be able to get me a spot. FQF is usually good $$, so maybe I can actually sock away some cash towards the big move.
There seems to be some "confusion" (to put it politely) about the name Social Security is calling me. And that has prevented me from getting a Debit card & I can use for depositing scans of other people's credit cards into my app on my cell phone (which I cannot yet afford to purchase). More messes to untangle. Luckily I am more tranquil these days.
Local Social Security office refuses to use my legal name. (Wm. Alobar Greywalker). They insist on using my birth name, unless I can produce a photo ID in both names. That ain't legal, even if I had Mafia connections to obtain photo ID in my birth name. So Kelleigh is going to get me an appointment with the local office & I shall go have me a chat with them.
#1. I need to know what exact name they are calling me now. They have used both Bill Siebert and William A. Siebert.
#2. I need to speak to a head honcho about using my legal name. I refuse any "Binding arbitration". Fuck dat shit! If they won't obey the law, I'll have to get an attorney to take them to court and FORCE them to use my legal name.
Jen has an attorney who is a Libertarian who seems to like a good squabble to cause problems to bureaucracies. According to others, he seems to be a guy with similarities to Lee Madere. (my ex-attorney who is dead).
I hear Jen's lawyer will work for cheap if he likes the cause he will be fighting for, but I have not yet spoken with the guy.
I can spend the $150 I put into my pre-paid debit card (which I plan to do on Monday or Tuesday) but not add more $$.
