Getting Auld
I have to admit it, I'm really getting old. For the first time I can remember, I have jetlag. Ye gods. First day back to work yesterday and I had to take the afternoon off to crash on my bed. Woke up around 8pm, and fell back asleep around 10ish, only to wake up at 2.30am, unable to sleep at all. Snoozed lightly around 5.30 to 7am, and then groggily got up to rush to work. I would put it down to my usual screwy insomniac sleeping patterns, but I suspect jetlag is to blame this time. Gragh.
