The absolutely crazed last couple of weeks of work... the circles of stupid that have arisen ... or the temptations of all the candy lying around the house ...  or how much my knees are fussing about today's workout... blah blah blah...

but...  I came home after a very very long week and got an absolute delightfully long hug from my daughter.
